Hard Rock Cafe Chantant, il San Valentino di Hard Rock Cafe Firenze !

Nella prestigiosa sede di Via de’ Brunelleschi il San Valentino dal sapore retro’.

Rivivremo le atmosfere parigine di primo Novecento e della ‘Belle Époque’.

I 12 solisti del ‘Balletto di Parma', si esibiranno durante la cena in 3 momenti di danza, dal musical fino al coloratissimo ‘Can Can’, sulle note delle piu’ celebri melodie.

Croccante pane artigianale, fresca insalata romana, condimento Caesar, pancetta caramellata, patatine al formaggio ,e glassa balsamica. Il tocco di Hard Rock Cafe su un grande classico!

BLUE CHEESE CHOPPED SALAD

Misto di verdure condite con una vinaigrette di formaggio Blue Cheese, peperoni rossi e pomodori, servito con croccanti cipolle fritte e crumbles di Blue Cheese.

Il nostro Steak Burger condito con marmellata di fichi Bordeaux, cipolle caramellate e cremoso formaggio caprino su un panino appena tostato, servito con patatine fritte condite e aioli di chipotle.

Pollo grigliato condito con il nostro mix di spezie e glassato con la nostra salsa barbecue fatta in casa, servito con purè di patate dorate e verdure di stagione.

GRILLED SALMON

Grigliato ed insaporito con il nostro Chipotle Aioli, servito con purè di patate dorate e verdure di stagione. 

FILET MIGNON WITH MARINATED MUSHROOMS

Filetto Mignon, grigliato e condito con funghi marinati in una salsa di pancetta affumicata e bourbon, servito con purè di patate e verdure di stagione.

Filetto Mignon, grigliato e condito con una ricca salsa di aragosta alla Thermidor, servito con purè di patate e verdure di stagione.

LOBSTER COBB SALAD

Aragosta , avocado, mais arrostito, fagioli neri, formaggio Monterey Jack, semi di melograno e croccanti ceci su un letto di verdure di stagione con cremosa salsa Ranch.

Condite con  il nostro mix di spezie, glassate con la nostra salsa barbecue fatta in casa e grigliate alla perfezione, servite con patatine fritte, coleslaw e fagioli stile Ranch.

In the prestigious location of Via de ’Brunelleschi, Valentine's Day with a ‘retro’ flavor.

We will relive the Parisian atmospheres of the early twentieth century and the 'Belle Époque'.

The 12 soloists of 'Balletto di Parma' (ballet company), will perform during the dinner in 3 dance moments, from musical to the colorful 'Can Can 'on the notes of the most famous melodies.

APPETIZER - Choice of: 

CAESAR SALAD BRUSCHETTA

Crisp artisan bread topped with fresh romaine tossed with classic Caesar dressing, candied bacon & parmesan crisps, finished with a sweet balsamic glaze.   A Hard Rock Cafe twist on a classic favorite!

BLUE CHEESE CHOPPED SALAD

Chopped mixed greens tossed in a blue cheese vinaigrette with pickled red onions, red peppers and Roma tomatoes, finished with crispy shoestring onions and blue cheese crumbles.

MAIN COURSE - Choice of: 

BORDEAUX BURGER

Our signature steak burger topped with a Bordeaux fig jam, caramelized onions & creamy goat cheese on a freshly toasted bun, served with seasoned fries and chipotle aioli for dipping.

Grilled chicken layered with signature spices and our signature barbecue sauce, served with golden mashed potatoes and fresh vegetables.

GRILLED SALMON

LOBSTER COBB SALAD

Sweet lobster pieces, avocado, roasted corn, black beans, Monterey Jack cheese, pomegranate seeds, and crispy chickpeas on a bed of fresh mixed greens tossed in a creamy ranch dressing.

Seasoned with our signature spice blend, then glazed with our house-made barbecue sauce and grilled to perfection, served with seasoned fries, coleslaw and ranch-style beans.
